Synopsis
After a traumatic accident takes his loved one, Tooru Kokonoe enrolls Kouryou Academy, a school where every student has a weapon that is their soul manifestation. Fueled by his desire for revenge, Tooru is dismayed to discover his soul is not a weapon… but a shield.

Sinopsis
Seorang anak laki-laki bernama Toru Kokonoe memutuskan bahwa setelah kehilangan seseorang yang berharga dalam insiden mengerikan, dia ingin menjadi lebih kuat dan mendaftar di sebuah sekolah khusus di mana orang mewujudkan jiwa mereka sebagai senjata yang disebut Blaze. Toru mampu menghasilkan Blaze sendiri, tapi untuk beberapa alasan itu bermanifestasi sebagai perisai bukan senjata.
